Service Agreement

All pricing is per order. An order is considered to be one person served at one address for one court. Additional people served and/or new addresses or other courts will incur additional service fees. All new addresses are attempted only after approval from you, the client. Service at a new address is billed the rate for the service option you requested. For more than one person or one court served at the same address, each subsequent person served is billed at half the rate of the service option requested as long as service on both persons are made at the same time. Payment for services rendered will be expected within 30 days and a $5 per day late fee will be charged after 30 days.
