Mobile Notary Agreement

All pricing is per order. An order is considered to be one person at one address for one document. Additional people and/or new addresses will incur additional service fees. For each additional signer at the same location services will be billed at half the original requested rate. Payment for services rendered will be expected before arriving at your location. Invoices paid by credit card will have a 3% transaction fee added. All notary fees listed above include the Allowable Texas Notary Fees and travel expenses to and from your location.
