No! We believe in transparency. All of our prices are listed on our Services Offered pages. The price you see is the price you pay.  Invoices paid by credit card will have a 3% credit card processing fee.

No! We charge per person, per address, per court. What does that mean? Well if you have a Citation, Petition for Divorce, and a Notice of Hearing all going to the same person and all in the same court it is one flat fee for all. We only charge extra for TRO/High Risk and if it is going to the same person but as a registered agent (one set of documents served to the individual and one set served to the individual as a registered agent or owner of a business). 

We do our pricing a little different than the rest for these kind of cases. If it is for multiple people at the same address we charge full price for the first and half price for each additional person as long as they are all served at the same time. Example - if we serve the wife at home but the husband is at work and we have to come back to serve him it is full price for both, if we serve both parties at the same time it is full price for the first half price for the second. We always strive to get both at the same time but that is not always possible. 

Yes. We serve at all County, State, and Federal facilities that are located in the counties we serve. We regularly serve the following units - Choice Moore and Buster Cole Units in Bonham, TX the Fannin County Jail and Federal Detention Center, the Johnston Unit in Winnsboro, TX and the Grayson County Jail.

No. There is no extra charge for serving at these facilities

The counties listed on our site are the counties we serve for the listed flat fees. We have process servers all over the state of Texas and will be happy to arrange service outside of our usual counties.

We understand our job can be dangerous regardless of what we are serving. When we serve TRO's or have to serve someone we deem as high risk (assault charges on record or regularly threatens people) we are putting ourselves at an even higher risk. As such we like to compensate our servers for going into known higher risk situations.

Currently we are not hiring employees but we are always looking to expand our contractor network. If you are already certified to serve papers feel free to give us a call.
