If you received a card on your door that means one of our process servers is attempting to deliver legal documents to you.  Please fill out the form above and the process server who left you the door card will contact you personally.

In most circumstances we can't leave the documents with anyone other than the person we were asked to deliver to. This is due to state law.

NO! We only deliver Civil legal documents. Such as debt collection lawsuits, divorce cases, child support,  court subpoenas, notice of hearing, and many other civil matters. We do not have the authority or desire to take you to jail.

We deliver documents after they have been filed with the court. We do not work for any specific company, agency, or attorney. We are merely messengers. All specific questions about the documents can be answered by reading them once they are delivered. 

In most cases signatures are not required. We are only required to deliver them directly to the person named.

Yes! All of our servers usually wear plain clothes and we all drive unmarked vehicles so that we don't draw unwanted attention. With that said if you would like us to deliver discreetly just ask your server and they will work with you. We understand this can be embarrassing and have no intentions of making a scene or causing a problem for you.

No we can not serve on Sundays due to state law.

As far as legal matters go that is between you and the judge. But if you refuse to accept or try to avoid service we will end up asking the judge for an Alternative Service Order. Once we have that signed by the judge we will post them to your gate or door. One way or another you are getting served. It's best for everyone if you just make our job a little easier and cooperate.
