Do you charge any hidden fees?

No! We believe in transparency. All of our prices are listed on our Services Offered pages. The price you see is the price you pay. Invoices paid by credit card will have a 3% credit card processing fee.

Do we charge per document?

No! We charge per person, per address, per court. What does that mean? Well if you have a Citation, Petition for Divorce, and a Notice of Hearing all going to the same person and all in the same court it is one flat fee for all. We only charge extra for TRO, TPO, High Risk and if it is going to the same person but as a registered agent (one set of documents served to the individual and one set served to the individual as a registered agent or owner of a business).

Do you serve in jails, prisons, and detention centers?

Yes. We serve at all County, State, and Federal facilities that are located in the counties we serve. We regularly serve the following units - Choice Moore and Buster Cole Units in Bonham, TX the Fannin County Jail and Federal Detention Center, the Johnston Unit in Winnsboro, TX and the Grayson County Jail.

Do you charge extra for jail, prison, and detention center serves?

No. There is no extra charge for serving at these facilities

Do we work other counties?

The counties listed on our site are the counties we serve for the listed flat fees. We have process servers all over the state of Texas and will be happy to arrange service outside of our usual counties.

Why do you charge extra for TRO, TPO, and high risk serves?

We understand our job can be dangerous regardless of what we are serving. When we serve TRO's or have to serve someone we deem as high risk (assault charges on record or regularly threatens people) we are putting ourselves at an even higher risk. As such we like to compensate our servers for going into known higher risk situations.

Are we hiring?

Currently we are not hiring employees but we are always looking to expand our contractor network. If you are already certified to serve papers feel free to give us a call.

Process Service Agreement

All pricing is per order. An order is considered to be one person served at one address for one court. Additional people served and/or new addresses or other courts will incur additional service fees. All new addresses are attempted only after approval from you, the client. Service at a new address is billed the rate for the service option you requested. For more than one person or one court served at the same address, each subsequent person served is billed at half the rate of the service option requested as long as service on both persons are made at the same time. Payment for services rendered will be expected within 30 days and a $5 per day late fee will be charged after 30 days. Invoices paid by credit card will have a 3% transaction fee.
